COViS shines with platinum status in 2023
COViS specialists also achieved IREB's highest award for 2023 in the Delivery business area. This includes: Elicit, verify and validate requirements, document appropriately and manage a product throughout its lifecycle. Seven COViS employees also received the AL (Advanced Level) certificate. This provides for the deepening of basic knowledge in the disciplines of requirements management and/or requirements elicitation.
IREB: Professional certification at the highest level
The non-profit organisation "International Requirements Engineering Board" (IREB) was founded in 2006. It is now a globally recognised expert body for the certification of professionals in the field of requirements engineering (RE). Its members are independent and internationally recognised specialists from industry, consulting, research and teaching.
The aim of the organisation is to build RE - the definition, documentation and maintenance of requirements in the design process - on a professional foundation and thus strengthen the field. The certification concept "Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering" (CPRE), which appeals to specialists from all over the world, serves this purpose.
Certified Professionals for Requirements Engineering
The certification concept is aimed at people who work in the field of business analysis, requirements engineering or testing and who have high expectations of the quality of their work. In order to obtain a certificate for each of the three levels, which build on each other, three levels of training must be completed. Depending on how many employees successfully complete these (and also with which degree), the respective companies receive seals of approval with the qualifications silver, gold or platinum. Requirements Engineering at COViS

The IREB certification ensures that this discipline is mastered at the highest level of quality.
